Depart Johannesburg to Tuli Block, Botswana

Tuli Block for 2 days nights

Next onto Khama Rhino Sanctuary for a night

Then onto Maun for one evening and resupply

Leave Maun and go to Moremi, and on a Makoro boat ride 1-2 nights

From Moremi go on the 4x4 track to Savute 1-2 nights

Travel from Savute into Chobe National Park at Ihaha 2-3 nights

Leave Ihaha via the Chobe River drive to Livingstone 2-3 nights

After a few days in Livingstone drive the tar to Palapye for the last night

Depart Palapye and return to Johannesburg

Safari Basics: How we keep your cost low
  • The trip is two weeks (14 days in duration), departing and returning via Johannesburg, South Africa
  • It is a participation Safari, all members rent their own 4x4 vehicle with a company in Johannesburg, do their own driving, cooking, shopping, etc
  • All vehicles come equipped with camping equipment
  • The cost is US$500 per day for the guide only, this is split between all participants
  • All camping costs, lodging, food, etc is direct to the members of the safari

Each Safari has a guide with over 20 years of experience in the safari tourism industry.  In addition a guide assistant or learner guide will be present to make sure everybody has the personal help and information they need.  We will provide an information packet upon arrival which includes all maps, itinerary, and basic information (e.g. how to proceed through the immigration and border posts, etc).
